We provide premium private transfers across Croatia and Europe, including airport transfers, city-to-city travel, cruise port transfers, yacht marina transfers, and tailor-made private tours.

Do you only provide airport transfers?

No. We provide a full private chauffeur service including:

  • Airport transfers (Zagreb, Split, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Rijeka, Pula and EU airports)
  • City-to-city transfers across Croatia and Europe
  • Cruise port and yacht marina transfers
  • Private sightseeing tours and custom routes

Which airports do you serve?

We provide transfers to and from:

All transfers are available 24/7.

Do you monitor flights?

Yes. We track all flights automatically when correct flight details are provided.

Waiting time starts from actual landing time, not scheduled arrival.

How long do you wait at the airport?

  • Airports: 60 minutes free waiting time from actual landing
  • Cruise ports: 30 minutes
  • Other locations: 15 minutes

If the passenger does not arrive within the included waiting time and cannot be reached, the service may be treated as a no-show.

💰 PRICING & SEASONALITY

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. All prices are fixed, confirmed in advance, and include all costs unless stated otherwise.

No hidden fees.

Do prices change during the year?

Yes, we operate seasonal pricing:

  • High season: June – September
  • Pre-season / off-season: January – May, October – December

All prices are always final once confirmed.

Is there any extra fee for card payments?

Yes. Card payments include a +4% processing fee, which covers:

  • Bank transaction fees
  • Credit card system processing costs

Bank transfer and cash payments do not include this fee.

Yes, but availability depends on schedule.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The amount depends on the service and booking type.

  • Invoice (for business clients)

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available upon request.

Important: requests must be made at least 24 hours before service.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights when correct details are provided.

If flight information is incorrect or missing, standard waiting rules apply.
